I’m a Certified Nutrition, Health, and Wellness Coach, accredited by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition—and yes, also a certified #2 GURU (because digestion & poop matters).
My professional foundation was built over more than two decades in the business of luxury hospitality sales & people! Representing brands such as 1 Hotels, Canyon Ranch, The Ritz-Carlton, and Fairmont I was always navigating in high performance environments. Throughout my career, I led sales & business development strategy, grew partnership accounts, and focused deeply on wellness initiatives in all areas for success.
After years in the hospitality industry, I experienced firsthand how demanding—and often unhealthy—the lifestyle can be. Long days, constant travel, client entertainment centered around food and alcohol, and little room for self-care took a toll. While I thrived professionally and loved my job, I felt disconnected from my own well-being. That reality deepened when my partner underwent treatment for two primary cancers, driving home how powerful nutrition and overall wellness can be in supporting healing and resilience.
Finding BALANCE became personal. I immersed myself in education, coaching, and practical tools—and today, I help clients do the same. My approach is thoughtful, supportive, and strategic, meeting people where they are and guiding them toward sustainable habits that fit real life. I’m here to help you find balance that feels achievable, aligned, and lasting.
